Our Story
In 2014, Pam delved into the forefront of skincare science with pHformula.
Inspired by its innovation, she founded Aspire & Co Limited and The Skin Academy, securing exclusive distributorship of pHformula in the UK.
Aspire ensures that only accredited clinics can provide pHformula treatments, guaranteeing clients dream-worthy skincare results without downtime or discomfort. Pam, our Clinical Principal, personally trains clinic professionals, ensuring they deliver treatments with expertise and efficacy.
At Aspire, we prioritize keeping our clinic professionals at the pinnacle of their field. Regular training sessions are held at our centers in Saffron Walden, Essex, and Cheshire.
For larger groups, bespoke on-site training can be arranged. Pam's vision for pHformula is rooted in its groundbreaking approach to skincare.

With over 30 years of invaluable experience in the NHS, Pam stands as an Independent Prescriber renowned for her expertise. Since 2004, she has been at the forefront of advancing facial aesthetics, demonstrating unparalleled skill and dedication as a practitioner. Pam holds the esteemed position of Vice President at the Society of Mesotherapy and is a distinguished member of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses. Alongside her NHS commitments, Pam operates a thriving private aesthetic clinic in the East of England.
